Apply adequate amount of hair shampoo to wet hair.
Massage and rinse thoroughly. Repeat if desired.
WASH
Hit the pump 1 time/once, rinse the scalp with water after washing
MASSAGE
Hit 2 to 3 pumps again, massage the scalp with your fingertips and spread the foam over the hair
RINSE
Rinse the hair witth dean water
Gently enough to use for every day.
