Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
In the event of a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by no more than 5 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times. Additional transit days may be required for delivery.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Local Delivery
● Free local delivery is available for orders within West Malaysia that include at least one Full-size Hair Care Series item.
● For orders to East Malaysia, free delivery is offered for purchases of at least two Full-size Hair Care Series items. For orders that do not meet this requirement, a shipping fee of RM8 will apply.
Shipping fees may apply for purchases of items not part of the Full-size Hair Care Series. Our customer service team will contact you if additional shipping fees are required that are not displayed during checkout.
Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur.
In-Store Pickup
You can avoid shipping fees by choosing free local pickup at our experience store, located at:
6, Jalan PPU 2A, Taman Perindustrian Pusat Bandar Puchong, 47100 Puchong, Selangor.
Select “Self Pick Up” at checkout and contact our customer service team via WhatsApp at +6019-2240496. Please provide your order number and preferred pickup date and time.
Pickup hours:
Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm (excluding public holidays).
International Shipping Policy
We offer international shipping to the following countries: Singapore, Brunei, Australia, Taiwan, UK, and more. If your country is not listed, please contact our customer service team to check availability.
For shipping rates and delivery estimates to other countries, kindly contact our customer service at +6019-2240496 for more details. International shipping typically takes 8 to 20 days, depending on the destination.
Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are applied once the shipment reaches your destination. D'COEUR is not responsible for these charges, and they are the responsibility of the customer.

Trouble Locating a "Delivered" Parcel?
If your order is marked as "delivered" in the tracking system but you cannot locate the parcel, we will file a claim on your behalf. Before filing a claim, please ensure that you have:
1. Checked all exterior doors and areas where the parcel may have been left, such as the porch, back patio, or garage.
2. Inquired with anyone who may have retrieved the parcel on your behalf.
3. Looked for communication from the courier, such as text messages or calls.
4. Reviewed the shipping details to confirm accuracy.
5. If living in an apartment or condominium, checked with the front desk, building security, or mailroom.
Damaged Parcel
If your parcel appears opened or damaged upon receipt, please do not accept it. Kindly inform us immediately with photos or videos as proof within 7 days from the date of receipt.
Insufficient or Incorrect Items Received
Please note that some orders may arrive in multiple parcels. Check your shipment tracking to confirm whether your items are being delivered in separate packages.
If, after reviewing the tracking, you believe an item is missing, please contact our customer service team and provide the following for verification:
1. Photos or videos of the parcel box.
2. The waybill.
3. All products received.
4. All product barcodes.
5. The product and its packaging.
You have up to 7 days from the date of delivery (as shown in the courier system) to report any insufficient or incorrect items. We will work with the courier company to investigate the issue. Please respond promptly to messages from us and the courier company to ensure a swift resolution.
Claims made after 7 days from the date of delivery will not be entertained.
